Create an eBook for healthcare providers using case studies from government health agencies to define best practices and provide guidance on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Working with a well-established and recognizable brand, I saw an opportunity to enhance and build upon its existing identity for this project. Working closely with the marketing and design teams, we expanded the color palette with new hues, designed new icons that were consistent with the brand, and created an adaptable layout design.
The end result was a cohesive and effective design that not only reinforced their existing brand identity but also elevated it to new heights.
