Phi Phenomenon Scans

Lately I’ve been itching to get back behind my camera and shoot again. It’s been way too long since I’ve heard the release of a shutter that wasn’t some cheap imitation on my phone (most likely a selfie for Instagram or Snapchat of my cat). I took that spur of the moment creative energy and channeled it into a deep clean of my hard drive; it was finally time to say goodbye to my 11th grade English paper! In the midst of my purge I stumbled across these images and I frankly forgot even existed, needless to say I feel in love with them all over again.

Anyways, the point of this post¬†is not to talk about the weird things I found on my hard drive but to finally publish some other images from my capstone series, “Phi Phenomenon,” that were¬†forgotten. I fell in love with these scans when I made them over a year ago and I think I am even more in love with them now. I feel rejuvenated almost, there’s been a lack of creativity in my life lately and these images awakened it again.
